Do You Need HGH Growth Hormone?

HGH Growth Hormone is hyped as the fountain of youth, but is that really true? Most that use it say "Yes!". Although it won't reverse aging and make a 50 year old look 20, it does have some dramatic effects that can restore the vibrant feeling of youth, according to some reports I have read. Then again, others and some members of the medical community say that it can have negative long term effects and most products out there are scams.

HGH Growth hormone is manufactured by the body in the pituitary gland. It has a key role in cell growth and regeneration. In the young, this hormone is plentiful and is key in helping children grow.

You make less of it as you age

As we age, we produce less and less HGH Growth hormone. In youth, it helps us to replace each cell that dies off but in our old age, there is not enough being secreted and only 1 out of every 4 cells can be replaced! The Human Growth Hormone builds all of our cells - our muscles, brain cells and organs - having less as we age is reputed to cause our youth to fade away.

Although HGH - growth hormone has been approved by the FDA for treating certain illnesses, there has been no proof that it is the fountain of youth some tout it to be. Although there have been some short term positive results, there simply is not a good way to measure aging and there could be long term side effects. All in all, I think there just has not been enough testing to prove or disprove it's effects.
